Prof. Sidney Cheung,  chairperson of the Department, was featured in article "We Are What We Eat: A CUHK anthropologist's angle on foodways and crayfish" on the website of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, talking about the determines of the diversity of Hong Kong foodways, as well as crayfish and its socio-economic implications in China.
